SBR Horizon is a great investment for both end users and investors alike due to it's location, quality and mixed use development having both Commercial and Residential space which offers great convenience. Commercial has a two floor hyper market, a restaurant, 5 screen multiplex among others. Residential has 1, 2, 3 and 4 bhk with good ventilation, picturesque views and amenities on terrace with Infinity swimming pool, Badminton court, Gym, Children Playarea, Clubhouse etc. If you need to go towards Airport, Whitefield, Hoskote, Attibele or towards city, you can catch a bus right outside the apartment. Since the apartment is on the main road, the apartment boasts of having access to several conveniences like Petrol Bunk, Super markets, Shops all at a walkable distance. To add a note on my buying experience, right from booking, loan, registration, possession & interior works, all the staff Nagendra, Maha, Syed, Senthil, Kiran, Krishnmurthy & Management (Mr.Nagesh) were all very supportive. Overall, it's a great package for anyone to buy or to rent and I can tell this being an investor of a residential unit who rented out a flat super quickly. Giving it 4 star instead of 5 star due to delay in getting permanent power supply from BESCOM.

I own a property here, I would say it’s the best option in Kannamangala road, Location is excellent on the main road and as this is residential plus commercial, there is not a need to step out for any daily and entertainment needs. SBR management and administration are very responsive and take client’s requests on top most priority. For me it’s straight 5/5 .

Recently bought a 2 BHK in SBR Horizon . Everything went well from booking till handover. Registration and documentation part is very well handled by the team and did it professionally. During the entire process Mr. Gireesh from marketing /sales, Mr. Syed and Mr. Senthil from customer relations has done their roles very well .Everyone was eager to hear our quires and guide us perfectly. SBR group has couple of good ongoing and pipeline projects . Best of luck for all the future projects, I will 100 % recommend SBR group .

About the Builder, if you are in search for the best apartments in Bangalore, then I will surely recommend to have a look at the finished as well as the on going projects of SBR Group. The expert team of this company (Binny, Syed, Vijaykumar, Senthil) always pays attention towards the need of the people and they understand how people can be made happy.

I bought 3BHK flat on first visit only and with in a month time 3 more Flats bought by my cousins. Very good Management and always ready to assist us. Staff is very friendly and we can get quick response.

I first contacted SBC in July 2017. Before coming to SBC The Nest, I had visited other apartment complexes that were coming up at that time. My very first impression of the officials of SBC was the best and I settled to buy a flat here. The sales officers, namely, Mr. SyedBasha,

Mr. Abdul Kalam were very helpful and showed us various flats without a murmur. At that time the elevators haven’t started functioning. I and my family members visited at least 6 to 8 times and every time they were ready to take us on a tour of all floors using stairs. If at all someone felt tired it was me.

During the process of price negotiations, they listened to me and accommodated my requests and gave a reasonable price for the flat. The above-named staff helped me in every aspect including assisting me taking me to lawyer, taking me to the bank, arranging house warming function. The Electrical Engineer, Mr. Balaji spent his time and assisted me in deciding the electrical points needed apart from advising me on the purchase of electrical fittings.

They were supposed to Deliver the flat by December 2017 end, but I wanted to move in by end November itself. They worked extra time and delivered the flat as I wanted. They were very professional and whatever they told me they would do, they had done.

This builder has made a mark in the real estate market and they will be very successful.

A stage came when all the members of the staff of SBC became like part of my family.

At every stage from initial showing the flats to Registration and moving in, there was some contribution or other by the SBC members. Mr. Nagesh is the dynamic leader of these dedicated workforce.

I recently bought a flat in SBR Horizon (Flat-1402). Just wanted to appreciate the work that SBR GROUP is doing. They have been very supportive and helpful from day one. There have been lots of calls and messages from my end to the builder at every stage of the purchase and they have been very patient and extended tremendous support with respect to answering my questions, addressing my concerns. There’s the best thing is that they will assign a contact guide/helper to each customer, that guide(in my case Ms.Nishu) will provide regular updates on the progress and keep in touch with us regularly.

I’m highly impressed with the quality of construction and the services that have been providing. And we also noticed they are strictly following the latest RERA guidelines.

After an extensive search for the right home, I can confidently say that I’m happy to have found SBR HORIZON.
